Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally.

We intend to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Shipping after processing  may vary depending on where you are located.

 

UK Royal mail signed for shipping service could take up to 1-10 days and also depending which shipping service chosen at checkout.

 

International shipping

Royal Mail Standard international shipping should take up to 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday)

                       

 Due to COVID-19, as much as we would love to deliver everything on time, delays are to be expected.

Please make sure the address is accurate for delivery once processed as it won't be our responsibility for non-delivery due to an error of the address given.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Visa debit/Mastercard secured by stripe payment. PayPal payments are also accepted. 

 

Can I do a refund or exchange?

Due to the kind of products being sold for hygiene purposes refunds are ineligible. Exchanges will only be accepted if we have unintentionally sent you the wrong product.
